Hi I’m Rick. I love computers and have been fascinated by technology and the way things work for as long as I can remember, so if you can break it I can fix it.  I Have been providing tech support for over eight years!  I enjoy solving tech problems and always look for ways I can improve my customers efficiency and productivity.  My vast experience with all aspects of technology allows me to help my customers in each of their individual needs.  While I can fix all of your technological woes I also look forward to teaching clients about all the ins and outs of their devices.

I am married to my high school sweetheart Heather and we have three kids;  Chandra our oldest is 8 and she is daddy’s little princess.  Teagen is 5 and he loves to be daddy’s little helper.  Kai is 1 and he knows who is in charge!
